Nercy Barroso Radcliffe

President & Founder, Providence Healthcare Services

As President and Founder of Providence Healthcare Services, Nercy Radcliffe has dedicated nearly two decades to elevating the standard of home healthcare in Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. After a successful fifteen-year career in corporate sales and management, Nercy transitioned into the homecare field with a clear mission: to build a trusted, high-quality organization rooted in clinical excellence and compassionate care. Since opening its doors in 2007, Providence has become one of South Florida’s most respected Medicare and Medicaid certified home health agencies — a reflection of her vision, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the community she calls home.

Under Nercy’s direction, Providence Healthcare Services has grown into an award-winning agency recognized for superior patient outcomes, innovation, and operational excellence. In 2026, Providence will be honored at the 15th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Awards — a prestigious recognition celebrating 50 high-growth companies that are shaping Florida’s economic landscape. Most recently, Providence was named among America’s Best Home Health Agencies 2026 by Newsweek, ranking among the top 300 out of more than 10,000 providers nationwide. This national recognition, based on quality metrics, accreditation data, patient satisfaction, and professional reputation, affirms the strength of the organization Nercy has built and its enduring impact on families across South Florida.

As a Miami native, Nercy is deeply connected to the city’s cultural richness and diversity, and she is highly engaged in organizations that help build and strengthen the community. Nercy is an ongoing supporter of United Way Miami, has previously served as a volunteer on its Health Impact Fund Council, and most recently is part of the Tocqueville Society. In 2023, Nercy was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve on the Board of Trustees for Florida Virtual School (FLVS) and she remains highly engaged in statewide and national efforts supporting the home care industry. She has completed full terms on the boards of both the Home Care Association of Florida and the Private Care Association, representing providers in Florida and her region. Nercy is actively involved in numerous local chambers and supports mission-driven organizations such as American Red Cross, Holtz Children’s Hospital, and American Cancer Society. Most recently, Nercy has been appointed to the University of Miami Citizens Board and Florida International University President’s Council.

In addition to this meaningful recognition as 2026 American Cancer Society Inner Circle of 12 Honoree, she was recently named an honoree for Miami Women Who Rock 2026, further celebrating her accomplishments as a business leader, community advocate, and champion for quality care. Her leadership and advocacy continue to influence both the healthcare sector and the broader business community.

Nercy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University.
